APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES


  • 1-3 Guest per scheduled appointment.
    • Each appointment is limited to 1 - 3 guests.
    • If the customer arrives late, the lost time will be deducted from the scheduled duration.
  • Individual appointment for each customer.
    • Every customer shopping with us needs to have an individual appointment to ensure they receive:
      • -A dressing room.
      • -A dress specialist to assist
      • -Personalized experience
  • Comfort and Policies
    • No outside door, drinks, or pets are allowed during the appointment.
    • Water bottles are provided for guests as a complimentary refreshment if requested.
  • Dress Selections
    • Each appointment includes an initial selection of 6-8 dresses to try on.
    • If the perfect dress isn't found in the initial set, additional dresses can be selected as long as it firs within the scheduled appointment.
  • Alterations
    • Alterations are common for formal gowns to ensure a perfect fit.
    • Alterations are not included in the price of the dress.
    • A custom consolation with our seamstress is provided, including an itemized price estimate and discussion of necessary alterations.
      • -Please note, the cost of alterations is separate from the cost of the dress.
