Refunds & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. There are no refunds/returns or exchanges. Every dress is inspected before shipping to ensure the quality of the dress is intact. We encourage each customer to address any concerns or questions they may have prior to purchasing any products. Our associates are available to get those concerns/questions answered.
Layaway Agreement:
All sales are final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, no-exceptions. If the layaway is not picked up by the expiration date it will be put back out for sale. Any money put towards the layaway is lost if it is not picked up by the expiration date, we do not issue refunds or store credits for any money put towards a layaway. By purchasing our products, you are agreeing to these terms.
Special Order Policy:
All special orders are final sale. They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, no-exceptions. This includes any down payment you have made towards the order. Once the special order is in store and read for pickup, you have 90 days to pick it up. If you fail to puck up your special order after 90 days there will be a $25.00 monthly storage fee added to you remaining balance. This balance will need to be paid before you receive your dress. By signing this paper, you agree to pick up your special order in 90 days or pay the monthly storage fee.
Damages and issues :
Although we complete a thorough inspection of the dress/item, we still encourage the customer to please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims made after 24 hours of purchase are not accepted.
